Across from the mainland of Attica, rests the uniquely beautiful island of Evia, famous for its natural splendor. From lush vegetation crawling down the hills, to the exceptionally long and curvy coastline full of countless sand, pebble, and rocky beaches; some in plain sight, and others hidden away from prying eyes. This extraordinary holiday home is located exactly here; Between two hills, in the middle of a hidden bay, right on the beach, overlooking the tranquil twinkling Mediterranean waters. One could not have painted a better location...
The two-story home itself was designed especially for appreciating this natural wonder of a location. Inside, large windows let the sun pour in, while when looking out of almost any room, you cannot help but be enchanted by the whole bay in full sight. Any of the four large bedrooms which you may choose from are a delight, each one with a special perk. Two of them have en-suite bathrooms, one has an adjoining patio, and the master bedroom boasts a gorgeous view of the sea while lying in bed. Both living rooms are spacious, incredibly welcoming and comfortable, while the sizeable main kitchen is very practical and more than fully equipped; set up to handle anything from a coffee, to a banquet prepared with authentic Greek ingredients.
The outside living areas are when this home's magical charm really shines through, and takes hold of you. Surrounding the home, a large private garden provides ample shade after play, and occasional fruits from the numerous indigenous trees. The ground floor front patio on the garden's edge, begs you to use it for relaxing after a day of fun on the beach while drying off in the setting sun's gentle warmth. On the western garden limit you will find two gates. One leads directly to the south side of the beach, which is covered in the smoothest pebbles in shallow waters, and the other leading to the golden sandy part of the same beach, precisely in the middle of the bay.
For the final treat, on the home's top floor, a purpose-built extra large veranda overlooks the entire bay area, providing a space that will make anything you are doing...better. Whether you just want to relax with a good book sipping ouzo in the sunset, or are enjoying a large feast with your family and friends, this veranda is the place to do it.
